Consistently enjoy meals there - especially nice to be able to sit outside for sunny lunch.
Located in the impressive surroundings of Plymouth’s Royal William Yard, our Plymouth bistrot is a unique place in which food and drink can be enjoyed in true French style.
We embrace French culture and love of food and celebrate all that is great about French cuisine. All of our dishes are freshly prepared in our bistrots by our chefs, using a mix of artisan provincial ingredients and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients, in the style of typical continental bistrots.
Our bistrot is situated in the New Cooperage building which opens up onto a large outdoor terrace with seating. This overlooks a magnificent lawn, upon which a local farmers’ market takes place on the first Sunday of every month.
If you’d like to know more about what’s going on in our bistrot,

Attila started working in 5* Hotels in Hungary. He then went to work for Carnival cruise lines for a couple of years before deciding to pursue his hospitality career on land. He moved to the UK in 2008 and started working for Le Bistrot Pierre Derby as a waiter. Now he is running our Plymouth restaurant in the historic Royal William Yard.
After completing his apprenticeship in London’s West End, Steve spent 3 years at Nodo in Madrid and then worked on luxury cruise ships. He joined Le Bistrot Pierre in 2007 and is now the head of our Plymouth kitchen.
