Nestled in a leafy South Warrington village, surrounded by boutiques and restaurants, our Stockton Heath bistrot finds itself in a vibrant, bustling location.
We embrace French culture and love of food and celebrate all that is great about French cuisine. All of our dishes are freshly prepared in our bistrots by our chefs, using a mix of artisan provincial ingredients and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients, in the style of typical continental bistrots.

Katie joined Le Bistrot Pierre in 2010 as a waitress having previously worked for Loch Fyne for a number of years. Steadily climbing up the ranks she was swiftly promoted to general manager in September 2014.
Corneliu completed his Chef’s training in Romania before joining Bistrot Pierre in 2007 as a Chef de Partie in Nottingham. Since then he has worked in our Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa bistrots and is now head chef at our Stockton Heath bistrot.
