Slow-cooked shoulder of lamb with lemon, green herb and garlic butter crust served with a cassoulet of smoked bacon, flageolet beans and plum tomatoes

Evening: Filet Steak

7oz Pan-seared fillet steak with herb crusted tomato, dressed leaves, pommes frites and a choice of red wine and shallot butter or green peppercorn and brandy sauce
